Timeline and next steps

Stage 1: Inquiry (Day 0)

Email invest@allencrest.com with your inquiry. Include your name, email, and accreditation category. A member of our investor relations team will respond within 2 business days.

Stage 2: Materials (Days 1-5)

We will send you the complete offering materials (PPM, LPA, risk disclosures). We recommend you review these documents with your legal, tax, and financial advisors before proceeding. Estimated review time: 5-10 business days.

Stage 3: Accreditation Verification (Days 5-15)

After materials review, we will provide instructions to have your accreditation verified by an independent third-party provider. This process typically takes 3-10 business days. All verification is conducted at no cost to the investor.

Stage 4: Subscription (Days 15+)

Upon successful accreditation verification, you will receive the subscription agreement and wire instructions. Capital commitments are subject to GP acceptance and confirmation of receipt.

Typical timeline: 15-25 business days

From initial inquiry to completed subscription, investors typically take 3-5 weeks, depending on how quickly materials are reviewed and accreditation is verified. We will keep you informed at every stage.
